Craig Irvine brings more than 25 years of experience across strategic finance, capital markets, and institutional investing to the founders and leadership teams he works with. He focuses on helping growth-stage companies make clear, disciplined capital and financial decisions at critical inflection points — scaling operations, raising institutional capital, and preparing for strategic transactions.
Craig’s career spans senior leadership roles across North America and Asia, including global investment banking and capital markets positions where he advised corporations, founders, and boards on financings, M&A, and exits across multiple market cycles. He combines this international perspective with hands-on, CFO-level advisory work, helping companies build financial clarity, runway visibility, and execution readiness in both domestic and cross-border contexts. He has extensive experience working with Asian companies preparing to access U.S. institutional capital and global investors.
In addition to leading Three Vectors Capital, Craig is a Managing Director at Weild & Co., a registered broker-dealer, where he advises companies on equity and debt financings, M&A transactions, and strategic exits. This dual role enables him to bridge long-term financial strategy with real-time capital markets execution, particularly for companies navigating U.S. capital markets.
Craig holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Yale University.
